Transition Falmouth and other Local Events – December 2018

Our December gathering for Transition Falmouth and Falmouth LETS is upstairs at the Palacio Lounge on the Moor from 7pm on Wednesday 5th December, and all are welcome!


We will be at the table by the window, centre of image above, or may move to the comfy chairs at the back depending on numbers, as this is an informal social event for both groups rather than a structured meeting:

Monthly Falmouth & Penryn Repair Cafe (1:30pm – 4pm)

Open the first Sunday of each month from 1.30 – 4pm.


Monthly Transition Falmouth and Falmouth LETS gathering (7pm-8:30pm)

on Wednesday 5th December at

This is a social gathering this month for those involved in both groups and anyone who wishes to join us and find out more.

Transition Falmouth: Engaging the community in designing a vibrant low energy future for Falmouth and the surrounding area to face the challenges posed by Peak Oil, Climate Change and social justice. Please join us and participate in the process – fresh input is always welcome. Always plenty to discuss.


Falmouth LETS: LETS is a way of exchanging goods & services with other people in the community without the need for money. New members always welcome. Find out more/join on the night.

  1. We’re moving the Transition Falmouth and LETS meetings to the PennyComeQuick pub (also on the Moor) for January.

    The Palacio Lounge was too noisy last week with a very loud party going on upstairs, and they had double-booked our table so we adjourned to the PennyComeQuick just up the road (16 Killigrew Street) who were very welcoming and it worked well for us as a venue
