Colliers Cornish Cheese
Small company based in Penryn in Cornwall founded and run by Sue Collier who has been a cheese maker in Cornwall for several years. She was the head cheesemaker for Menallack Farm and won various awards for her cheeses, and now produces artisan Cows Milk cheese similar to Menallack and Ewe's milk cheese by hand, all made from Cornish Milk in Cornwall.
You can meet Sue and taste the cheese at the following markets: Penryn Farmers Market (every other Friday from 9:30,Temperance hall), Stithians farmers market (3rd Saturday of the month), Carnon Downs market (last Saturday of the month). Also available to order online.

Kennal Vale Cheese
Handmade on the farm, artisan cheeses are produced using traditional methods and fresh milk from their own Ayrshire cows.

Lynher Dairies Cheese Company
Cornish Yarg is not made anywhere else and comes from our small dairy at Ponsanooth in mid Cornwall.
We are a small team of about 30 people, from cheesemakers to nettlers and packers, most of us from the immediate rural catchment area around our dairy.
