Located on the Prince of Wales Pier, Market Strand, Cheese and Compass is the only specialist cheesemonger in Falmouth. Open Mon – Sat Closes at 4pm

Stocking 70% Cornish cheese, the shop sells a wide range of delicious products for the cheeseboard, including Cornish crackers and chutney. Cornish pasta made in Perranwell, and Honey from Spring Cottage, Probus are also popular lines on offer. Cornish Yarg is not made anywhere else and comes from our small dairy at Ponsanooth in mid Cornwall.

We are a small team of about 30 people, from cheesemakers to nettlers and packers, most of us from the immediate rural catchment area around our dairy.

Roddas have been producing their famous clotted cream for over 120 years sourcing milk from farms within 30 miles of the creamery. Farmhouse butter, creme fraiche, cheese, custard, pouring milk and milk are other products all made by the company.
