Cornish Yarg is not made anywhere else and comes from our small dairy at Ponsanooth in mid Cornwall.
We are a small team of about 30 people, from cheesemakers to nettlers and packers, most of us from the immediate rural catchment area around our dairy.

Roddas have been producing their famous clotted cream for over 120 years sourcing milk from farms within 30 miles of the creamery. Farmhouse butter, creme fraiche, cheese, custard, pouring milk and milk are other products all made by the company.
