Thanks to Karen Hall, Environmental Officer at Falmouth Town Council for sending us the poster below and information for Falmouth Great Big Green Week
Falmouth’s Great Big Green Week is coming up fast. Due to start this Saturday, 7th June and running until Friday, 13th June – with a schedule of daily events celebrating the work of many groups, mostly Falmouth-based.
Something for everyone interested in the environment, sustainability, and community action.
Find out more on Falmouth Town Council’s website at:

Most of the events are being held in the main Town Council building/Library, with the exception of the Festival for the Ocean at Gyllyngvase Beach. It is World Ocean Day next Sunday. The Falmouth/Penryn Repair Cafe will be in the Princess Pavilion on that day, with the film “the Ocean” showing at the Phoenix in the evening. Check the above link for all times.
Transition Falmouth is sharing a stand on the Market on The Moor with Falenergy Partnership on Thursday 12th June from 1:30-3:30pm – come and say hello!
As follow up to our info stall on the Moor today, here is the link to the energy savings projects mentioned (Door Mice and Slow Cooker Bag). Also added under downloads on our resources pages
