Transition Falmouth has just updated its “Hard-to-Recycle” Guide for the Falmouth/Penryn Area.

Since we produced our first Hard-to-Recycle Guide in 2019 opportunities for recycling have been growing in our area. This update is designed to reflect this encouraging trend, and also the increasing interest being shown in the Circular Economy, along with concerns over resource depletion and climate change.

There remains some confusion over how and where to recycle some household materials which cannot be collected from the kerbside. The refreshed Guide offers solutions to some of the more difficult-to-recycle options and we hope you will find it useful.
